Massimiliano Pagliara feat. Mavin: “Fade the Light”

After a series of 12″s for labels like Balihu, Rush Hour and Needwant, Italo-Berliner Massimiliano Pagliara (one half of The Rimshooters) is set to release his first full-length on Live at Robert Johnson. “Fade the Light” is one of the three tracks to feature guest vocals: woven into Pagliara’s lush analog acid-disco sounds is the voice of Mavin of Manhooker, reminiscent of Curtis McClain (the uncredited singer on Trax Records classic “The House Music Anthem”) on or perhaps even Crystal Waters. Check out Focus for Infinity when it’s released on CD and 2xLP in June.
